Digital Camera is Dead!

That's right. My husband's digital camera gave up the ghost today. This is particularly unfortunate because I still haven't taken pictures of my SP's wonderful package, and because my Clapotis is growing tremendously. I just started on section 4! It looks pretty and classy and I need to go buy a cheap digital camera of my own so I can share my knitting life with other knitters while DH's camera is in the shop.

Any excuse for new gadgetry!

Scanners do work well if you have one, although it's not much use for a parcel.

I feel for you - same thing happened to us this week! Dagnabbit, that fricka-frackin' technology.

What kind of camera do you think you'll get? Keep me posted - as soon as we hold the funeral for our camera I'm packing it up and heading to Megalomart to buy a new one.

I'm going camera shopping this Sunday. Details (and pictures -- I'm almost done with my Clapotis!) will be posted then. I don't want to spend more than $100. No idea what that'll get me, but I'm pretty firm on this limit.
